Aiyoh yohhh. Highway Consession Agreements to be made government official secrets ka ? On 14th Feb, Federation of Chinese Associations of Malaysia President said consession agreements are commercial deals & they do not touch on national security or secrets. So why there's a need to clasify them as official secret?
